The aeroSling® ELITE is the top of the range model of our sling trainers. It is an expandable training platform designed for exercising the entire body. Hundreds of individual exercises and exercise combinations are possible to train both for strength and muscle coordination. Suspended pulley training – the (r)evolution of sling training

It is more than just an exciting experience to perform sling training with a pulley the pulley also enables a lot of new exercises. All aeroSling® models have this central pulley that allows you to exercise freely in all directions (suspended pulley training). The instability introduced by the pulley enhances your exercises by simultaneously affecting strength and muscle coordination You”ll quickly notice an effective power increase even in everyday situations. Perfectly natural and flowing movements are enabled by the adjustable pulley resistance ‘ individually adjustable to your personal needs. Thus, the instability can be continuously reduced to simplify execution of new exercises.

Easily adjustable and designed for extreme loads

This training device is delivered with robust, high-quality handles, made of a strong aluminum core with a highly durable plastic coating. The aeroSling® ELITE is just right for the user who requires a maximum of training flexibility. The height of the handles can be changed in a matter of seconds by the easily adjustable and patented grip knots. An ultra-quick height change is already achieved by adjusting only one of the grip knots. The aeroSling® ELITE comes with integrated foot slings ‘you just need to push the handles aside freeing the grip sling to suspend your feet.

Carry out your training anywhere you like ‘ indoors or outdoors

With the removable, integrated door anchor you are able to carry out your training almost everywhere. Of course, we recommend that you use the anchor sling tied around a solid object or that you use the anchor carabiner. However, sometimes a door is be the only option. Assure yourself that the door is stable enough and mount your aeroSling® using the door anchor. Your personal sling fitness training with the aeroSling® can start!
