    Yes4All T Bar Row Insert is designed with 8″ long bar sleeve and 4″ long weight plate sleeve to fit 2″ weight plates and Olympic bar. The Landmine is made of heavy gauge steel with Electrostatic Power Coating to prevent chipping, scratching & fading. The 360-degree landmine swivel allows you to do rotational exercises & presses at higher levels.

    TEXTURED & NON-SLIP DOUBLE ROW HANDLE

    Made of top-quality steel to support up to 880 lbs (400 kg). Fit all 1″ standard & 2″ Olympic bars. Great for seated row exercises to develop your back, shoulders, forearms, triceps, and biceps. Double D design allows you to exercise both arms at once.

    PORTABLE EQUIPMENT FOR FULL BODY WORKOUT
